- Specialty pointed knifes will break up that Stilton into consumable pieces and
accomplish the same with aged cheddars, Parmesans, and pecorinos–any hard,
firm, or crumbly cheese. A narrow-bladed knife cleanly slices pieces from blocks
of semisoft and semi firm cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, or Gruyere. Awide-bladedknife works the same for soft, crumbly cheeses. Accompanied by a serving fork, the four knives each feature a stainless-steel blade shaped for a specific type of cheese.

A pasta cut unlike any other, it forms a 6-inch wavy, dense pasta "filet" that can be served whole, or broken into pasta corta (short pasta) of any length desired. Its thick texture holds red and white, thin and thick sauces; broken into pieces it can dress up minestrone or pasta in brood (broth).

Monnezza Pasta ('Odds and Ends' Pasta)
This new kaleidoscopic mix of different pasta corta (short pasta) is both versatile and visually appealing. Artisan made with all-natural Italian wheat flour. Toss simply with red sauces or use to make a superb macaroni and cheese.
A new cut, this is a hearty version of a classic pasta, typical of central Italy.

Baccala (Salt Cod)

An amazingly comfy and warming winter dish especially at Christmas time, since it's a part of many traditional dishes - serve the Bradade in individual small bowls as a hot hors d'oeuvre or in a larger dish as an accompanying side. Delicious with shaved fresh black truffles or white truffle oil drizzled on top!
